• whether you are interested in yearly or summer only classes;

• whether you are interested in ZOOM only or in-person/ZOOM combined; and

• the name of the school your child attends.

I am also able to provide a discount to families who are members of a local church, temple, or other place of worship/spirituality or a member of the Columbia Association, so please add that information, too, in order to be considered for a small discount in my fees.
